MKP is an efficient source of phosphorus and potassium. It facilitates plant uptake of the phosphorus and potassium naturally present in the soil. This is due to the neutral water-soluble property in MKP, which stabilizes the pH in the root zone and thus enhances phosphorus and potassium availability
